Dance is many things!

First and always, it is fun!

It is natural and universal.

It is a sport.

It is an entertainment.

It is an art form.

It is a life long hobby.

It is a challenging career.

It is healthy.

It is cultural.

It is what we do.

It is what we share.

Everyone can dance.

Getting Started

Enrollment usually begins with a conversation with Amy Cave.  Questions are answered and guidance is given on what classes might be best for the student.  The process often begins with a visit to our studio.  Information is available in our waiting area, including class schedules and enrollment forms.  We are now working on our 2009 - 2010 class schedule.  In mid August, dates to be announced shortly, there will be open registration at the studio from 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

But you need not come to us to get your questions answered or to enroll a new student.  This website should answer a number of your questions.  Check FAQ, and Our Programs for information you may need.  The links to the right will answer questions about the different performing arts we offer.  For more information, you may call us at the phone number listed at the bottom of the page or email us using the link provided below.  To view and print a registration form, you can simply click here.  To check our tuition rates, you can click here.

Our programs are set up on a two semester basis.  Classes beginning in the fall semester continue through the spring.  As needed, new classes are formed in the spring to accommodate growth.  Please note that enrollment in courses is closed after four weeks of instruction as we have found it to be unfair to the class and the would-be-new-student to try and accommodate the late enrolling student.

Enrollment periods for the 2009 - 2010 school year are as follows:

Fall 2009 Semester: Classes start August 24, 2009.  Students may enroll now for fall classes.  Enrollment ends at the point where the fall classes have completed four weeks.

Winter 2010 Semester: Classes start January 18, 2010.  Enrollment of new students during the second semester is limited and pertains primarily to situations where an entirely new class is being formed.

There is a $25.00 enrollment fee for each student enrolled.  Tuition is based on the classes taken with discounts for students enrolled in two or more classes (the discount level rises with the number of classes taken).  There is also a tuition discount for those paying for a full semester at the beginning of classes.  We do not post our tuition fees on this web site because of the complexity of the schedule and our wish to not advertise to our competitors how we price our lessons.  Our rates are very competitive and affordable.

If you want to start your conversation with Amy Cave, you may call the studio at (972) 484 - 7900.  Because Amy teaches, you may need to leave a message so that she can return your call as her teaching responsibilities permit.  Alternative, you may email Amy at customersupport@amysstudio.net.

We offer the highest qualify of professional dance instruction available.

Our staff is certified by nationally recognized dance teacher organizations.

Teachers are thoroughly trained, courteous and completely dedicated to their profession.

We are located in northwest Dallas a few blocks south of LBJ freeway at 11888 Marsh Lane, Suite 600, Dallas, Texas 75234.  Click here to see a schematic of the location of the studio within the shopping complex on the northeast corner of Forest Lane and Marsh.
